Kids may not realize it, but one of the hardest things for a parent to do is to step back and let the kids do the work themselves. As parents do this, however, they find tremendous joy in realizing their kids are capable of success! And realizing this, they create the space in which their relationship with their offspring can truly grow. That's what this dad discovered as he supported his daughter in her 4-H project, a piece of dog agility equipment.
